This privacy policy applies to information collected through EdCompass, LLC websites (including, but not limited to www.affordableceus.com) and any of our other online products and services that display or link to this privacy policy, information collected offline, and information obtained from third parties relating to those products or services (collectively, “Products”).

1. We may collect your information when you use our Products, when you purchase our Products, from third parties, or automatically.

Use our Products. When you use our Products, we may collect the information you provide us. Please note that for any payment information provided when purchasing our products and services, we utilize a trusted third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment processor to process all of your transactions and such third-party collects and maintains the necessary information needed to necessitate such transactions.

Automatic Information Collection. Chat Features. We may provide you with chat features with the assistance of third parties to better assist you. We or our third-party service providers may record and maintain your communications or interactions with the chat bots features.

When using the ad industry opt-out tools described above, you may need to execute opt-outs for each browser or device that you use. Opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will no longer see advertising online, but it does mean that the companies from which you opt out will no longer show ads that have been tailored to your interests.
